My name is Shana, and I’m the author and food photographer behind, Im-Worthy.com. A space for busy women seeking simple + delicious everyday vegan recipes. I created the blog in January 2019. My goal is to encourage, educate and inspire women around the world to live with more energy, improved healthy habits, and make an impact on the environment.
My vegan journey started in a year and a half ago. When I began to transition into a vegan diet I felt isolated and frustrated as no one in my close circle could understand the challenges I was facing. However, through education and online resources, the challenges eventually became easier. This experience developed into a deeper passion for living a vegan lifestyle and sharing it with others.
When I’m not busy blogging, I’m balancing my day job or daydreaming about my next travel destination. I am so happy you stopped by Im-Worthy, and hope you’ll continue to come back and hang out.
