        Am I able to make this in a large quantity for the week and reboil in the morning before work ? If so, how long can this stay in fridge ?

          Hi there, Yes, you can make elderberry tea in a large quantity for the week! Just store it in an airtight container in the fridge. It should stay good for about 5-7 days. When you’re ready to drink, simply reboil a portion in the morning before work.
