Why I’m loving mocktails
Lately, I’ve been loving all the mocktail recipes at restaurants. So I was very excited to start creating mocktails at home. Not only are mocktails flavorful but it’s a drink everyone can enjoy, including the kids. Also, they are great for pregnant women and anyone who just loves fruity drinks. There are so many different variations of mocktails you can create and have fun with. The combination of pineapple, ginger, and orange is a delicious trio.

What’s in this mocktail recipe
- Frozen pineapple: best for texture. But you don’t have to use frozen pineapples.
- Lime: love the taste of lime in drinks.
- Ginger Beer: for that gingery flavor.
- Orange: adds a nice citrus essence.
- Water: for the pineapple puree.
Pro-tip: for that smokey flavor you can grill your pineapples beforehand. So good, right?
How to make an easy mocktail recipe
Use some of the fruit flavors you love in regular cocktails. Such as passionfruit, orange juice, or lime. Simply add club soda (or any soda you prefer), simple syrup (if you’d like), and garnish with fresh herbs (I love adding fresh rosemary to cocktails), and ice, of course. That’s it! You’ve got yourself a “cocktail.”
