- 2 slices of toast
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp Tomato Bliss: Oven Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped onions
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 juiced lime
Toast 2 slices of whole-grain (or bread of your choice) in a toaster until crispy.
Open your avocado with a knife and scoop out the avocado.
Add the avocado to a small bowl combine and mash with chopped greens of your choice, lime, and sea salt + black pepper to taste. Spread half of the mixture on each slice of toasted bread. Top with Tomato Bliss oven-roasted heirloom tomatoes, chopped onions, and hemp seeds.
Add the juice of the lime on the toast.
