Ingredients

  • 2 slices of toast
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp Tomato Bliss: Oven Roasted Heirloom Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 juiced lime

Instructions

  • Toast 2 slices of whole-grain (or bread of your choice) in a toaster until crispy.
  • Open your avocado with a knife and scoop out the avocado. 
  • Add the avocado to a small bowl combine and mash with chopped greens of your choice, lime, and sea salt + black pepper to taste. Spread half of the mixture on each slice of toasted bread. Top with  Tomato Bliss oven-roasted heirloom tomatoes, chopped onions, and hemp seeds.
  • Add the juice of the lime on the toast.
