Ingredients

  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 3 red bell peppers
  • 3 beets
  • 1/4 cup grapeseed oil or use your favorite oil
  • 3 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • sea salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Wash your vegetables and pat them dry.
  • Cut your veggies in similar sizes and leave a bit of space between each vegetable. 
  • Season with sea salt, ground cinnamon, and grapeseed oil.
  • Roast for about 30 minutes or until vegetables turns brown on edges.
