The best nourishing bowl perfect that is easily customizable and perfect for meal prepping. This comforting vegan buddha bowl is filled with roasted sweet potatoes, beets, wild rice, quinoa, hemp seeds, and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!!

  • 1 cup Wild Rice, Quinoa, & Lentil Medley
  • 1 handful Leafy greens
  • 1/2 Cucumbers
  • 2 Roasted Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 Roasted Beets
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds


  • Vegan Caesar dressing


  • Add veggies to a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Season with your favorite seasonings and grapeseed oil. 
  • Make wild rice, quinoa, and lentil medley according to package instructions. 
  • To a bowl add roasted veggies, greens, wild rice, quinoa, lentils, cucumbers, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted beets, pumpkin seeds, top with hemp seeds and vegan caesar dressing.
