Healthy Berry Smoothie

This healthy berry smoothie is my favorite go-to smoothie in the morning. It’s so rich and creamy in color and taste. In addition, I love adding berries to my smoothies because they are low in sugar, high in fiber, and a great source of protein. Enjoy!

  • 1 handful of arugula or greens of your choice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1/4 cup raspberries + blueberries
  • 1/2 cup water add more if needed


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until you reach your desired consistency. 


Note: I typically add the liquid last.
