Ingredients

Melted Chocolate

Remaining Ingredients

  • 2 cups water for boiling

Instructions

  • Add water to a small pot over medium heat and give the water a few minutes until it starts to boil.
  • Once boiling, add the chocolate & coconut milk to a pot or heat-proof large bowl. The bowl or pot should be large enough to sit on top of the lower pot. Place the pot filled with chocolate chips on top of the boiling pot of water and double-boil.
  • Within a few seconds, the chocolate will start to melt. Use a heat-proof spatula to stir continuously until all the chocolate has melted. Turn the heat down if needed.
  • Once the chocolate has melted and fully combined with the coconut milk, remove the pot of melted chocolate from the boiling water. Sprinkle with some flaky sea salt (if you'd like) and top with a lid to keep warm. Use this chocolate dipping set to dip your favorite pairings in the fondue.

Notes

Note: chocolate should never be in direct contact with heat to prevent the chocolate from overheating.
Optional fondue ingredients: sea salt, vanilla extract, and coconut sugar to taste.
Optional dipping suggestions: pretzels, strawberries, pineapples, marshmallows, graham crackers, and brownies.
